Delivery and Return Policy

Delivery 

Both local and international orders will be delivered by Singapore Post with a registered tracking number. The shipping cost is reflected accordingly to the weight of items and it will be shown in your shopping cart upon check out.

If you would like to receive your order quickly, we will be happy to post it via private courier services, EMS or DHL to meet your needs. Please contact us via our contact page on our website and we will provide you with the shipping quote.

For Delivery within Singapore: 

We aim to process your order within 1-2 working days. Products that have customisation requests may take a couple days more. During festive seasons or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer too. Also, if you're not available to collect your order when our couriers arrive, they will leave a card and bring your order back. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier and make further arrangements.

For tracking information, please log onto www.SingPost.com.sg and use the tracking number and provided in your despatch email. Please allow 36 hours from receipt of the email before tracking your order.

 

For Delivery outside Singapore:

As LITTLE ONDINE is still in the midst of launching in Singapore, we are not taking official international orders for now. Fortunately, we have offices in United Kingdom and China now. If you live in United Kingdom, China or any countries near these regions, we suggest you to place your order with at the following site:

Otherwise, if you live in countries near Singapore, please send us a mail via our contact page on our website and we will arrange an international order delivery via Singapore Post Standard Air Mail (with tracking available) or express worldwide delivery. The lead time for international delivery is usually between 6-12 working days and the shipping costs vary according to the weight of your item(s) in your order.  

 

Return

Should you purchase any goods from LITTLE ONDINE Ltd that you are not entirely satisfied with, we want to make sure the return is as simple as possible. If you would like to exchange or return a product, please do so within 7 days of purchase and enclose your original invoice.  Sorry, postage and handling fees are non-refundable and LITTLE ONDINE is not responsible for returned articles lost in transit.

Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Naturally, we cannot take returns on overly used products or products not bought online at www.littleondine.sg or ordered directly from us. If you purchased a product from one of our retail partners, please return it to the location from where it was purchased. 

 

To return items to www.littleondine.sg, follow these simple steps:

  1. Circle the returned item(s) on your original invoice and write “Return” next to the item(s).
  2. Enter a reason code for your return from the list below.
  3. Please ensure your return is well wrapped to avoid damage in the post.
  4. Include the original invoice and keep a copy for your records.
  5. You will receive an email from us once your return and refund have been processed. Please allow 5 working days from the date on which you receive this email for your account to be credited and 1-2 card statement cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Reason Codes for Return:

  1. Adverse reaction
  2. Not as Shown on Website
  3. Wrong Item Sent
  4. Defective
  5. No longer Want/Need Item

Items returned, with Reason Codes 2, 3 or 5, must be unused and in the same condition as when we despatched them to you.

 

Exchanges

If you require a different item in exchange for the item sent back, please state this item clearly on the original invoice. If the item requested is for a lesser value than the one returned, we will refund the difference and this will show on the invoice enclosed with your new item.

For items in exchange with a value more than the item sent back, please, either, include your Credit/Debit card number, the Expiry date, the Valid From date if required and the Security Code. Otherwise, please order on-line.

 

Return Address

Drop us an email if you intend to return the item and we will provide you a return address.

NOTE: If you bought your LITTLE ONDINE product from a retail partner, please contact them to enquire about their return policy and see if they will be able to honour a return or exchange for you. Sorry, but we are unable to take returns on products not purchased online at www.littleondine.sg or ordered over the phone from us.

 

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. Please be aware that we aim to process orders on the same day they are placed.

Simply you can notify us of cancellation electronically, by emailing us via our contact page www.littleondine.sg with your name, address and order reference number.
